Construction Underway!

Big construction machinery is beginning to appear at the Grant Park Skate Plaza site. Some preliminrary earth moving is already taking place. Things are moving at an expidited rate because the skate park must be completed by the end of the year, as stipulated by the conditions of its TIF funding.
