Tagger Caught!

18 out of 26 statues of the "Borders" public art instalation located in the Solti Garden just South of the Art Institue of Chicago along Michigan Ave were tagged with graffiti in the wee hours of Saturday April 5th. After an investigation, the police have arrested 13-year-old boy for allegedly defacing the works of art. “It disgusts me,” said Bob O’Neill, president of the Grant Park Conservancy. “Graffiti should not be taken lightly. I take it very seriously.” The graffiti has since been removed.
